(a) 16 sq mm 5 Supply of 1.1 KV grade EPR insulated PCP/TPE sheathed secondary lead airfield lighting cable of size 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm having multistranded tinned copper conductor and colour coded core for connecting between isolation transformer and Inset light fitting complete as required. 6 Supplyoffollowing size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant Permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two no. of 63 mm dia "B" class GI pipe / HDPEand one no of 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at thetop surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, check nuts etc. as required as per suitable cement concrete foundation as per manufacturer recommendation/as per direction of E-I-C, installing transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, connection, earth connection etc. as complete as required. 12 Layingoffollowing dia high density polyethylene (HDPE ) pipe, complete with accessories. in the soil for GLF work up to 750 mm deep connecting both/one end to existing chamber/CC collar, including excavation and back filling & making good the same as per site requirement .OD 63 mm 13 Laying ofhigh density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 63 mmcomplete with accessories. in the shoulder/runway/taxiway of Concrete/bitumen surfacei/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface ofwidth up to110 mm and up to 200 mm deep, and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead up to2 kms and refilling & making good the same by Cement Concrete ( 1:2:4 ) as per the site requirement. 14 Laying of one numberPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV/1.1KVgrade of up to 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. 15 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of up to 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required 16 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVCsheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5kV grade of size up to 35 sqmm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)on cable tray/surface as required 17 Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift up to 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter. 18 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) as per direction of E-I-C. 19 Making field connection of 5 KV grade 6/16 sq.mm single core copper conductor,XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed unshielded cable with dry type plug & receptacle of i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape , etc as well as checking continuity with the existing ckts etc. complete as required as per EIC 20 Installation of round type transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required. 21 Modification of Existing ALCMS System including Integration of new CCRS/GLF facilities with existing ALCMS installed at ATC tower, CCR hall including modification of mimic diagram complete as per directions of engineer-In-Charge. 22 Providing and laying of 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipeincluding groove cutting, threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, inset fittings, providing check nuts and couplings etc as required on the runway and disposal of excavated materials within a lead of 50 meter. 23 Provision of Micro concrete plaster on existing groove cut portion above the GI pipe/damaged portion in the tarmac runway and finishing as per directions of E-I-C. 24 Making field connections by crimping 2 X 2.5 sq.mm. (two pin) plug and receptacle assembly with the existing 2X2.5 sqmm secondary lead cable including filling with gap with water sealant material applying water proof tape, over which PVC tape etc., one side of the secondary lead for connecting to isolation transformer and receptacle assembly on other side for connecting to light fitting as required. 25 Supply and fixing of 10mm thick MS dummy plate of 330 mm dia having 6No X M-10 holes along the circumferential of 260mm dia suitable to install on existing transformer housing box including providing and fixing of rubber gasket and SS bolts, nuts, washers etc., as required. 26 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 27 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.
