The Purpose Of This Above -The -Limit Public Contract Is To Fulfill The Set Goals And Project Activities 5G In The Form Of Selected Elements Of The Demonstrative Application Of The 5G Ecosystem In The Environment Of The Statutory City Of Ústí Nad Labem, In The Form Of A Comprehensive Technological Ecosystem Involving The Purchase Of A Vehicle For Intelligent Transport Monitoring And Related Equipment Integration Services Into The Supervisory Center Of The Parking System Using 5G Connectivity According To 3Gpp Specifications. The Main Objective Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is In The Application Of A High -Performance 5G Connectivity In Accordance With The 3Gpp Specification For Intelligent Parking Control Through A Vehicle With Lidar Technology And Cameras. The 5G Network, In Accordance With The 3Gpp Specification, Provides A High -Speed, Low Delay And A Stable Network Connection To Transmit Image Data From A Monitoring Vehicle In Real Time. A Vehicle Using The 5G Transport Technology Technology Will Be Deployed Primarily For The Following Purposes: • Detection And Recognition Of Registration Marks (Hereinafter Referred To As Ss) Vehicles Parked Within Paid Parking Zones And Their Comparison With The Rz Database, With The Currently Valid Parking The Purpose Of Identifying Whether The Parking Fee Has Been Paid. • Detection And Recognition Of Ss Vehicles At Rest To Realize Statistical Analyzes Of Vehicle Parking. • Continuous Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Occupancy Rate Of Parking Spaces In The City Of Ústí Nad Labem In Order To Optimize And Organize Transport. Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Is Co-Financed Through The 2Nd Call-Demonstrative Applications Of 5G Ecosystem For Smart Cities, Municipalities And Regions Announced Within The Components Of The National Renewal Plan (1.4 Digital Economy And Society, Innovative Start-Up And New Technologies).
