Document Management Software Development Services. The Electronic Document And Document Management System And System Modules As Indicated In Section 2 Of The Technical Description, As Well As Related Services, Are Grouped According To The Following Requirements: - Functional Requirements (Technical Description 4.1), - Non -Functional Requirements (Technical Description 4.2), - Technical Requirements (Technical Description 4.3). Safety Requirements: The File And Document Management System Must Meet The Security Requirements Specified In The Relevant Legislation, With Particular Regard To The Following Legislation And The Future Amendments To The New And/Or Currently Known Legislation: - Lxix Of 2024 On The Cyber Security Of Hungary. Based On The Safety And Protection Requirements Specified. The Tenderer Must Prepare A Security Plan For The Development And Adaptation Tasks Of The Document And Document Management System, Which Includes The Presentation Of Safety Requirements And Necessary Measures. Further Requirements: Technical Description Annex 3: Mandatory Basic Requirements Are The Requirements That Follow And/Or Which The Contracting Authoritys Current Records Management System Meets And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Of Priority Business Interest. Developing Basic Requirements Would Pose A High Budget And/Or Operational Risk For The Tenderer. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Certain Requirements, And Has Classified These Requirements As A Mandatory Basic Requirement Category (The Serial Number Of These Requirements Is A Prefix, Where K-Obligatory And A-Base). The Mandatory Basic Group Includes The Basic Requirements To Be Satisfied, Which Must Be Declared That The File And Document Management Software Meets The Requirement When Initiating The Procedure. Failure To Do So Is Equivalent To The Failure Of The Requirement And Automatically Entails The Invalidation Of The Offer. Technical Description No. 4. Annex Ii: In The Case Of Mandatory-One (S) Requirements, If These Requirements Are Not Met By The System At The Start Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Must Be Mandatory By The Contract.
