4.1. The Subject Of The Investment Is Construction Works On The Investment Task Entitled Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The Secondary School Complex In Józefów Nad Wisłą For The Needs Of The Public Library. 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:  Reconstruction Of The Existing Building: Separation Of New Commercial, Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms And Social Facilities For A New Function;  Renovation Of External Stairs Together With The Installation Of A Platform For Disabled People;  Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation In The Part Covered By The Reconstruction, Along With Lighting Emergency;  Execution Of The Visor;  Execution Of The Internal Water Supply And Sewage System;  Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation. The Contractors Duties Also Include The Performance Of All Actions And Activities Necessary To Submit The Completion Of Works Covered By The Object Of The Agreement And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Use (Not Allowed). All Costs (Including Administrative Ones) Resulting From Receiving Procedures Are Charged To The Contractor
