3 The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In This Swz, Including In Annex 2A To The Offer Form, Contract Draft (Annex 1 To Swz) And The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 7 To Swz), A Pre -Office Of Works (Annex 8 To Swz). 3. Confirmation For The Contracting Authority Receipt Of The Abovementioned Orders Will Confirm The Sending Of The Email, Confirmation Of The Recipient If The Order Is Sent By Post Or Signature Of The Contractor Confirming The Reception In Person With The Date Of Receipt. 7. For Issuing Unit Orders And Issuing Urgent Unit Orders On The Part Of The Employer, The Head Of The Repair And Investment Department, His Deputy And A Substantive Worker Are Authorized. 8. The Employer Provides The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To Perform With Unit Orders In The Amount Of 60% Of The Maximum Value Of The Gross Contract Specified In §3 Para. 1 Of The Draft Contract. For The Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Contract (Indicated In § 3 (1) Of The Draft Contract), The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages In Relation To The Employer. 9. The Bill Of Quantities (Annex 8 To Swz) Is Illustrative (Auxiliary), While The Actual Calculations And The Price Of The Offer (Providing Unit Prices) For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Calculated In Accordance With The Price Form (Annex 2A To The Offer Form). 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide And Does Not Require The Obligation For The Contractor To Serve A Local Vision. 11. The Minimum Date Of Granting The Warranty Required By The Employer For Horizontal Marking Is 6 Months, And For Vertical Marking It Is 12 Months. 12.
