1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct An Outdoor Event, Including An Unkinding Concert For Residents In The Moczydło Park In Warsaw In The Square Of Streets: Deotymy, Czorsztyńska, Al. Primate Of The Millennium And Górczewska, Hereinafter Referred To As The Event. 2. The Event Will Be Organized On 27.04.2025 (Sunday). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Manner And Requirements/Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract As Well As The Qualitative Standards Of The Services Provided Are Determined By The Designed Contract Provisions, Hereinafter Referred To As The Model Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz Together With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract. 4. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Commander Divided The Contract Related To The Services Of Comprehensive Organization Of Events, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. This Procedure Applies To One Of The Abovementioned Part Of The Order. 5. Pursuant To The Content Of § 3 Para. 5 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For His Business On The Sum Of Insurance Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 6. The Employer Informs That It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Granted Gross Pln 184,500.00. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders, Pursuant To Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements For Subcontracting, The Contracting Authority Concluded In The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
