1. Full Order Name: Development Of Project Documentation And Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Documentation Performed For The Task Selected For Implementation As Part Of The Olsztyn Civic Budget Entitled Nagórki-Jaroty Park-Construction Of Educational Paths, Forested Area Development And Ensuring Continuity Of The Bicycle Path. Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Develop A Complete Project Documentation; 2) Taking Into Account Natural Factors In The Development Of Walking And Bicycle Paths And Other Infrastructure Elements, In Order To Minimize Interference In Forested And Wetlands, With Respect For Existing Green, Stand And Protection Biodiversity In The Area Of ​​Project Implementation; 3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment. 3. The Project Includes: 1) The Construction Of A Continuation Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Which Will Be Connected To The Existing Infrastructure Of Walking And Bicycle Paths And With Trains Running From Turowskiego Street, Creating A Full System Of Paths In The Park; 2) Building New Pedestrian Paths And Resting Places In The Shadow Of Trees ; 3) Making An Information Board For The Park And Marking Of Existing And New Paths. The Order Of The Contract Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of The Necessary Project Documentation In Order To Obtain A Decision Granting A Building Permit Together With All Studies Necessary To Obtain The Abovementioned Decisions, Including, Among Others: To The Concept Of Land Development And Its Agreement With The Employer (Municipal Investments Department In The Field Of Lighting, The Faculty Of Urban Planning And Architecture, City Gardener, Zadzit And The Applicant), The Concept Should Contain In Particular The Proposal: - Course Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes With Lighting;- Walking Of Pedestrian Paths;- Location Of Small Architecture Elements, B) Obtaining A Current Map For Design Purposes; C) Drawing A Geotechnical Opinion In Order To Document Soil And Water Conditions Together With The Performance Of Geological Tests To The Correct Extent Necessary For Correct Development Of Documentation; D) Development Of Project Documentation (Construction Project And Executive Projects); E) Obtaining All Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary For The Proper Development Of Project Documentation (Including Technical Conditions And Arrangements From The Owners Of Technical Infrastructure Devices) And: Municipal Gardener And Zadzit - In The Field Of Planting Of Greenery, The Department Of The Environment - In The Field Of Economy With Greenery Robe, F) Developing An Inventory Of Greenery And A Plant Management Project, Taking Into Account Compensation Plantings For Felling, If Necessary; G) Development Of Industry Projects; H) Developing All Required Materials For Obtaining Necessary Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Including, If Necessar
