No. 5: Canned Food, Dried Legumes And Cereals; 🍵🧃B.P. # 6: Other Food, Sugar And Chocolate Products And Spices. 🍃🌱 The Subject Of The Public Procurement In The Individual Lots Are Also Included Supplies Of Organic Food Products From The Respective Product Group, Which Should Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 . On The Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Cancellation Of Regulation (Ec) No 834/2007 Of The Council (Oj, L 150 Of 14.06.2018) (Regulation (Eu) 2018/848) And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2018 D. For The Implementation Of The Rules Of Organic Production, Labeling And Control And For The Issuance Of A Permit For Control Activity For Compliance With The Rules Of Organic Production, As Well As For Subsequent Official Supervision Of The Controlling Persons (Sg, Issue 75 Of 2018). The Main Goals Of The Order Are: Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For Schools, Gardens And Units Of Municipal Budget Maintenance On The Territory Of Belene Municipality; Ensuring A Proper Diet, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Food And Regulatory Act For Its Implementation; Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which The Nutrition Of The Users Of The Mentioned Educational And Social Establishments Is Carried Out; Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Needed For Food. The Type And Quantity Of Food Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Above Mentioned Amounts Of Food In The Specifications Are Indicative/Approximate And Non -Binding To The Contracting Authority.
