Road Bridge Construction Work - Negotiation Procedure With Participation Competition. The Ellerholzbrücken Are Part Of The So-Called Argentine Node And Lead The Port Traffic In East-West Towards The Reiherstieg. The Existing Bridges And Associated Bank Walls Have Been Used Intensively And Converted Several Times For Decades. Since The Renovation Or Upgrading Of The Bridges And Bank Walls Cannot Be Represented Economically Due To The High Age Age And The Increased Constructive Requirements, The Buildings Should Be Replaced By New Buildings. The Essential Performance Is Composed As Follows: 1. Demolition And Replacement Building Road Bridge Bw 111 As A 1-Field Arch Bridge (Approx. 80 M Of Support Width) With A Supervised Bank Wall 2. Demolition And Replacement New Bw 122 Replacement Building As A 1-Field Arch Bridge (Rd. 80 M Support Width) With The Superiors 3. Replacement New Building Of The Bank Walls North Of The Bw 122 With Adaptation Of The Open Space With Access To The Public Investor 4. Dismantling Of The Building 114 5. Dismantling Of A Pillar Crossing That Is Still In The Water From An Earlier Bridge Crossing Are Part Of The So-Called Main Harbor Route, One Of The Most Frequented Routes In The Port Of Hamburg With An Above-Average Heavy Load Share. During The Construction Period, It Must Be Ensured That One Of The Two Bridges Will Transfer Port Traffic In 1+1 Traffic At All Times. If A Cross -Boost Is Carried Out, A Short -Term Full Closure Of The Main Harbor Route Is Essential. The Available Period For Such A Full Closure Is Limited To A Few Days. The Implementation Of The Construction Work Is Significantly More Difficult By The Extremely Cramped Space. In Particular, The Bridge Structure Bw 106 In The East, The Bw 109 Bridge Structure In The North, The Hemwranges That Followed By Bw 108 And 115 And The Bw 37 Bahnbrücke Bw 37 And Rail Systems In The South, Which Are Expected To Be Renewed From Around 2028. All Of These Buildings (With The Exception Of The Railway Bridge) Remain Unchanged And In Operation. Railway Operations Are Also Maintained During The Entire Construction Period. An Auxiliary Bridge Will Be Used For The Also Planned Renewal Of The Railway Bridge (Start Of Construction Vrs. 2028). The Project Is To Be Implemented On The Basis Of An Eci Contract. The Eci Contract Provides For The Commissioning Of Planning And Construction Work. An Approximately 1 Year Of Optimization And Planning Phase (Level 1) Is Initially Commissioned With The Option To Carry Out The Construction Work (Level 2).
