The Ministry Of Defense Constantly Builds On The Organization, People And Resources. The Need For Manpower Is Unabated And Increases Further Through The Transition (Growth) In The Coming Years, Combined With Subfilling And New Developments Such As The Day. In The Current Situation, The Ministry Of Defense Has To Deal With On The One Hand A Shortage Of Personnel Filling (Including Instruction Staff) And On The Other With An Increased Training Task, The Latter As A Result Of An Increased Appointment Assignment And Faster Change Or Traffic Flow On Crucial Functions. In Order To Be Able To Implement The Assigned Training Assignment, There Is A Need To Expand The Capacity For Instructors Through The Use Of External Suppliers, Which Have Instructors With Expertise. This Assignment Relates To The Delivery Of Instruction Capacity For The Benefit Of: • School For Maritime Education And Operations Education (Smvbo) Of The Command Sea Forces (Czsk); And • Elementary Formation Of Non -Commissioned Officers (Evo) At The Royal Military School Air Force (Kmsl) Of The Air Forces Command (Clsk).
