Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - L200 Rw Melchow - Spechthausen - Object Planning Traffic System Lph 1 To Lph 4 Incl. Bim. The State Road Systems Of Brandenburg (Ls) Intends The Commissioning Of Planning Services To The L 200 Rw Melchow-Spechthausen Measure From Service Phase 1 To The Service Phase 4. The Measure Is Set As A Pilot Project On The Subject Of Building Information Modeling. This Means That Planning Should Be Processed Using The Bim Method. The Requirements To Be Met (Aia) And A Separate Service Description Of Bim Are Part Of This Service Description. The Service Description Of Bim Is Also At Promoting. The Common Data Environment (Cde) As A Common And Central Data Exchange And Work Platform Is Provided By The Ag (See Aia Chapter 9.1). The Exchange Of Project-Related Data, Bcf Management (Bim Collaboration Format) And The Approval Workflow Will Be Carried Out Via The Cde. The Ag Also Organizes The Corresponding Necessary Training. In General, The Measure Provides For The Construction Of A Road Path On The L200, Outside, Between The Towns Of Melchow And Spechthausen. This Means That The Cycle Path Is Planned Between The Od Stones Of The Two Locations. The Aim Is To Unmistakation And Increase Traffic Safety. Description Of The Traffic System The Cycle Path Goes Over A Length Of Approx. 5.486 Km. It Can Be Located Within The Street Stationing As Follows: - Start: L 200 Section 160 Km 4.625 - End: L 200 Section 170 Km 0.925 The Planning Includes All Components Of The Traffic System, I.E. In Addition To The Bike Path But Also The Substructure, Drainage Facilities, Possibly Through The Equipment (Vehicle Retention Systems, Enclosures, Etc.). The Relevant Regulations Are To Be Applied In Their Current Version For The Planning. Among Other Things, The Guideline For The Investment Of State Roads (Ral) Includes Recommendations For Cycling Analysis (Era) And The Guidelines For The Standardization Of The Upper Building Of Traffic Areas (Rsto). Boundary Conditions And Forced Points, Services Of The Client Of All Planning And Stipulations (E.G. Land -Use Planning, Nature Reserves, Lines And Other Local Planning) Must Be Obtained In The Course Of The Basic Determination (Lph. 1), To Be Checked At Their Current Status And Considering Further Processing. In The Preliminary Planning, A Full And Objective Variant Examination Must Be Carried Out, Both With Regard To The Lines And The Side Choice. Basically, Attention Must Be Paid To The Economic Implementation And Feasibility When Developing The Variants. To Consider The Economy, A Cost Estimate With A Quantity Determination For Each Variant Is To Be Created In A Testable Form. Furthermore, The Results Of Environmental Planning Influence The Location Of The Route And The Selection Of The Preferred Variant. For Performance Phases 3 To 4, The Planning Documents Are Based On The Models Generated Using The Bim Planning Method
