Suomen Variableverkot Oy (Now Suomen Variableverkot Oy, Hereinafter The Subscriber) Acquires Fiber Optic Cables And Fiber Supplies In The Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps). The Products Are Divided Into Eight (8) Different Product Groups As Follows: Product Group 1. Tail And Coupling Fibers Product Group 2. Cables Connectors Product Group 3. Adapters Product Group 4. Panels Product Group 5. Optical Cwdm Channeling Products Are Described In More Detail In The Annex To The Request For The Product Group And The Minimum Requirements For The Products. The Subscriber May, If Necessary, Supplement And Modify The Product List And Minimum Requirements For The Products During The Term Of The Dps. Purchases Are Made On The Basis Of Separate Invitations To Tender Within Dps. The First Tenders Will Be Held As Soon As The Establishment Of The Dps Is Thirty (30 Days). After That, The Subscriber Will Publish Invitations To Tender In The Dynamic Procurement System Wherever The Need For Procurement Occurs. The Content, Duration And Value Of Individual Purchases May Vary. All Tenderers Approved By The System May, If They So Wish, Submit The Offer To Each Invitation To Tender. The Product Range Of The Bidder Does Not Need To Include Products From All Product Groups. The Offer Time Is Always At Least Ten (10) Days In Accordance With The Procurement Act. You Can Apply For The System At Any Time During Its Duration. Applying Is Made By Submitting An Application For Participation In The Electronic Offer Portal (Https://Tarjouspalvelu.Fi/Erisill Net). The Subscriber Approves Applicants To The System Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Of The Subscriber. The Aptitude Requirements Are Described In The Espd Form And The Other Terms Of The Invitation To Tender. This Request For Participation Is Accompanied By An Agreement On Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System (Below), The Terms Of Which Must Be Approved By Participants As Such. The Agreement Is Followed In All Procurement Within Dps. The Tenderer Must Approve The Terms Of The Agreement In Connection With Its Application For Participation. The Agreement Is Signed On Both Sides When The Candidate Candidate Is Selected As A Tenderer In A Tender Published By The Subscriber Within Dps. The Duration Of Dps Is Sixty (60) Months. The Duration Of The Individual Procurement Is Reported In Each Invitation To Tender And The Duration Of The Individual Procurement May Exceed The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System. This Notification Does Not Establish A New Dynamic Procurement System, But The Announcement Indicates The Fiber Optic Cables And Fiber Supplies Of The Existing Dynamic Procurement System To Continue Validity. This Does Not Require Any Action From Current, Already Accepted, Suppliers. With This Announcement, Fiber Optic Cables And Fiber Supplies Will Be Extended To 6 K
