The Assignment Includes A Design & Build (Db) Formula That Will Consist Of: • Designing And Building An Incubator For Sustainable Chemistry Of 2,350 M² Gross Building Area. The Building Includes Laboratories, Meeting Rooms And Spaces For General Management. The Building Must Be Conceived As A Structure That Is Flexibly Filled In And Can Temporarily Take On A Number Of Functions Pending Completion Of The Adjacent Poab Building. • Setting Up The Outdoor Spaces For The Surface Of The Plot • Making The Building Available On The Proposed Date Of Provisional Delivery And Maintaining And Adjusting The Technical Installations To This Day Of The Final Delivery;
