Replacement of 10 years old AC machines at different places at State Central library, Kolkata.- 1 Dismantling of existing AC machines indoor unit,outdoor unit, piping and cabling work alongwith all accessories from its position and storing the same properly in good condition. 2 Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of Split type room air conditioning machine having cooling capacity range(6.6KW-7KW) with fixed speed rotary compressor,refrigerent gas R32/R410,BEE star rating 3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99),Air flow range CFM[780-850], both condensor and cooling coil made of Cu tube connecting chord with plug top conforming to IS 1319[part-I & part-II] with all amendments[Make:O-General/Mitsubishi Electric/Mitsubishi Heavy] 3 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of suction/ discharge copper pipe line in split air conditioning unitincluding brazing, nitrile rubber insulation 19mm thick class "O", etc complete as required. 4 5/8"(15.88mm)dia (soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22)mm incl. 19mm thick insulation 5 1/4"(6.4 mm)dia (soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22)mm incl. 19mm thick insulation 6 Supply and laying of 1.1 Kv grade 4 core 2.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated shethed flexible cu cable for connection between IDU and ODU of the AC machines (make- Gloster/KEI/RR Kable/Phenoles/Polycab/Mescab) 7 Supply & laying PVC drain pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulation (Make- Supreme/Oriplast) 8 Enclosed Safety Cage for ODU : Supplying ,erection & fabrication of M.Sgrill Structure and platform for ODU of AC machines by 25 mm x 5 mm M.S Flat,25 x 25 x 5 mm MS angle,supporting angle of 50mm X 50 mm X 6 mm to be gouted on wallwith cement concrete (1:1.5:3) etc.after cutting holes into the wall.Four side of the grill to be welded by Co"s own tools &tackles, The grill having hing type 2- palla doorincluding S&F of MS wire net (8 SWG) with 1"x1" gap to be fixed on the grill guard incl. with necessary painting with 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asianpaint / Shalimer / Berger) incl. shade arrangement with corogated PVC shade with proper clamping arrangement incl.cutting the existing frame by gas cutter if required.The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU. The design of the structure to be approved from EIC before execution of work. 9 Supply and deliveryof 7 lever Godrej make lock (Fredom Pad lock) for providing lock and key arangement of the safety cage of the ODU of the AC machines. 10 Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy.Connections 11 Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for AC machines installation, per storey ofbuilding per vertical run
