Palade Targu Mures - Bistrita Extension ”, Consisting Of The Following: Design Services: The Necessary Technical Documentation In Order To Obtain/Update, As The Case May Be, Of The Opinions/Agreements/Authorizations, As Well As Any Other Studies, Expertise And/Or Documents Requested By The Certificates Of Urbanism, The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Construction Works Dtac, The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Dtad Cancellation Works, The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Dto Works, The Risk Analysis To The Physical Security, The Project Of The Alarm System In Order To Obtain The Ipj Opinion, The Project Technical Execution, Execution Details, Tasks, Value Quotations, Lists With Quantities Of Works, Including For The Organization Of Site, The General Graph Of Investment, The As Built Project, The General Quotation Updated At The Completion Of The Works From Which The Final Value Will Be Displayed. Of The Works Executed, The Documentation Regarding The Exploitation, Repair, Maintenance, Tracking Of The Behavior And Post -Use Of The Construction, The Final Fire Safety Scenario In Order To Obtain The Fire Safety Authorization; Project Management For The Investment Objective From The Performer; The Contractor Will Appoint A Representative As A Contract/ Project Manager Who Will Communicate Directly With The Contracting Authority. The Contract/ Project Manager Will Ensure Within The Contract The Project Management For The Investment Objective. Technical Verification Services Of The Quality Of The Technical Project And The Execution Details To The Fundamental Requirements; The Documentation In The Opinions Phase, D.T.A.C. And P.T. + D.E., Drawn Up By The Designer, Will Be Verified On Areas/Subdomains Of Constructions And Specialties For The Installations Related To The Constructions, Corresponding To All The Applicable Fundamental Requirements Provided By Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Constructions, Established By The Designer/Designers And Specified In The Project, By Specialists With Construction Activity, Other Than The Project Elaborate Specialists, Certified By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Administration As Project Verifiers/Subdomen Of Constructions And On Specialties For The Installations Related To The Constructions. Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works; The Technical Assistance From The Designer Will Be Granted Throughout The Execution Of The Works. During The Guarantee Period Of The Works The Designer Will Provide For The Need For Technical Assistance Without Additional Costs.
