Based On The Technical Project Verified By The Beneficiarys Care, The Necessary Works Will Be Executed To Achieve The Proposed Objective: Construction Of The Educational Multifunctional Center Student Connect. It Is Proposed To Build A Multifunctional Center Of Three Distinct Objectives, Which Functions Together As A Whole In Relation To The Campus Of The University Of Life King Mihai I In Timișoara, Extended In The Neighboring Town Of Dumbrăvița. It Is Proposed To Achieve The Following Objectives, According To The Design Theme: 1. Recreation And Reading Space Student Connect, With A Capacity Of 280 Seats; 2. New And Used Canteen, With A Capacity Of 196 Seats; 3.. New Accommodation Places And Data In Use With A Capacity Of 257 Places. The Contract Subject To The Contracting Procedure Includes Both Design And Execution, So That The Contractor Will Be Designer According To The Legislation In Force. The Contractor Is Responsible For Drawing Up Projects For All Specialties And For All Objects Included In This Contract. The Preparation Of The Projects Will Be Made According To The National Legislation And Will Be Verified By The Authorized Verifiers According To The Legal Regulations In Force Placed By The Beneficiary.
