The Required Performance Also Includes Service And Technical Support Of The Supplier In Relation To The Work, For An Indefinite Period, As Well As The Possibility Of Using Other Supplier Services (Further Development, Subsequent Integration With Other Systems, Etc.). A Closer Definition Of The Subject Of Performance Is Stated In The Call For The Submission Of Tenders And The Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Tender Documentation) And Its Attachments. It Is Not A Contract Awarded Pursuant To Act No. 134/2016 Coll. On The Award Of Public Procurement, As Amended, But On A Tender For The Selection Of The Supplier In An Open Call According To The Rules For The Selection Of Suppliers In The Operational Program Technology And Application For Competitiveness (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppvd ), Version 4 With Effect From 1 .
