This Assignment Includes The Provision Of Project Management On Call In The Form Of Advice, Management And Supervision For The Implementation Of Technical Projects. These Technical Projects Consist Of Maintenance, Modification And New Construction Projects. The Need For This Assignment Arose Because The Number Of Projects Is Increasing Due To The Growth That Defense Is Going Through, Which Has An Effect On The Increase In The Number Of Projects. All Projects At Tgfo Have Been Guided By Their Own Project Engineers To Date, Which Guides The Project From The Need For Delivery And Transfer. Because The Number Of Projects Is Growing Rapidly And The Lead Time Of The Projects Must Be Accelerated, The Need For The Management And Supervision For Project Supervision Has Arisen. This Applies To The Projects With A Contract Sum Larger Than One Million Euros Excluding Vat. The Other Projects Are Provided With Guidance By The Tgfo Department. A Number Of Projects Are Planned In The 2026 To 2029, The Contract Price Varies From 1 Million Euros To 13 Million Euros. The Complexity And The Subject Disciplines Are Different In Nature In These Projects. It Is Also Possible That Several Implementation Projects Will Be Implemented At The Same Time. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Two (2) Years, With An Option, Unilaterally Exercised By The Client, To Extend This Framework Agreement Under The Same Conditions With A Period Of Twice One (1) Year. Tendering Service Holds At The Start Of The Assignment Into Account 4,368 Hours Of Deployment By A Manager And 9,768 Hours Of Deployment By A Supervisor. The Estimated Financial Size Thus Comes To € 1,950,000.00 Excluding Vat.
