The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor (S) For The Delivery Of Medical Consumables, Instruments For Measuring Physical Indicators And Instruments (Also Called Items Or Goods) For The Needs Of The Medical University - Varna In Three Lots. The Order Includes Delivery Of The Items, Pre -Ordered And Specified By Type (Commercial Nomenclature), Technical Data, Setting And Quantities. The Articles Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Annex №1.1 ÷ 1.3) Of The Documentation. The Estimated Amount Of The Public Procurement Is 102 180 Units (Package, Number, Kilogram), Distributed As Follows: Lot # 1 - Medical Supplies - 100 675 Units (Package, Number, Kilogram). Lot 2 - Physical Indicators Measurement Appliances - 1 240 Units (Packaging, Number). Lot # 3 - Instruments - 265 Units (Number). The Quantities Listed In The Technical Specification Are Forecast And Will Serve To Evaluate The Tenders. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease Their Volume According To Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Will Use Its Right To Exercise An Option In Compliance With The Provisions Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.
