The Contracting Authority For This Public Procurement Is Dr. Stefan Cherkezov Ad, With Registered Office And Registered Office: Veliko Tarnovo, Nis Str. Financing The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is According To Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 - Service. The Estimated Value For The Provision Of The Service For A 24 -Month Period Amounts To 388,000 (Three Hundred Eighty -Eight Thousand Levs) Without Vat. The Amount Is Provided By Its Own Funds At The Medical Establishment. The Predicted Value Is Maximum For The Duration Of The Contract, With A Higher Total Value, The Participant Will Be Removed. 2A. Options The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Contract With A Contract For A Period Not Exceeding 6 Months. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Quantities And Volume Of The Public Procurement Is The Subject Of The Selection Of A Contractor Laundry, Ironing And Maintenance Of Hospital Underwear And Work Clothing Required For The Activity Of Mobal Dr. Stefan Cherkezov Ad, Volume And Volume The Way Of Performing The Services Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. 4. 5. Requirements For The Personal Status Of Participants. The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority Are The Legal Requirements Incorporated In Art. 54, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act 6. The Selection Criteria The Contracting Authority Requires The Participants To Be Fulfilled At Least One Delivery/Service With The Subject And Volume Of The Contract, The Same Or Similar To The Order Specification Specified In The Technical Specification For The Last Three Years From The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. Fulfilled Is This Delivery/Service Whose Execution Is Completed Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission Of The Tender To The Participant. The Participant Should Perform The Offered Service Subject Of This Contract In An Object That Meets The Health And Hygiene Requirements, Qualitatively And In Accordance With Ordinance No. 12 Of 16.11.2018 On The Health Requirements For Public Washing Machines. The Participant Should Have An Implemented Quality Management System In Accordance With The Requirements Of Bds En: Iso 9001: Xxxx Or Equivalent With The Scope Of The Order Of The Order. The Participant Should Have An Up -To -Date Certificate For The Compliance Of The Participant With The Environmental Management System, Certifying The Response Of The Offered Services With The Standard Bds En: Iso 14001: Xxxxx With Scope In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order Or Equivalent. The Requirement Applies To Each Of The Members Of The Unification/ Consortium That Will Perform Activities Related To The Service. The Requirement Also Applies To Subcontractors Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Service. Participant Should Have An Up -To -Date Certificate For The Compliance Of The Participant With The Health Management And Working System System Certifying The Relevant Services With The Services Offered With The Services Offered
