Tenders are invited for Project Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the Water Sector IV, Jordan. The Water Authority of Jordan has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the Project Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the Water Sector IV, Jordan, BMZ No.: 2017 68266, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following contract lots: Lot (1): Duplication of Dair Alla Zay WTP Transmission Main Construction Works, Lot (2): Separating Ain-Al-Basha Water Supply from Dabouq & Zay TM and New Zarqa Pumping Station Renewal Construction Works Lot (3): Sweimeh Terminal Hydro Power Plant Construction, Works Contractor Classification Grade 1 in Electromechanical Works Lot (4): Design and Construction Works of Solar PV Plants in Several Water Facilities Works Applicant who eligible to apply for this prequalification shall be: 1. Jordanian Contractors classified by the Government Tenders Department (GTD) as: Lot (1): Grade 1 in Water/ Wastewater Works Lot (2): Grade 1 in Water/ Wastewater Works & Grade 1 in Electromechanical Works (or can also nominate a Jordanian Subcontractor classified by GTD as Grade 1 in Electromechanical Works). Lot (3): Grade 1 in Electromechanical Works Lot (4): Grade 1 in Electromechanical Works Applications for prequalification should be submitted in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address below by 12:00 pm (Jordan time) on March 16th, 2025.
