Road Construction Works - Road Construction, Road Renovation, Utility Building Work. The Successful Tenderer Is To Renovate And Build Public Roads, Sidewalks And Utility Network Systems Owned By The Municipality Of Esztergom County, And The Development Of Public Lighting During The Framework Agreement. The Scope Of The Work To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is Typically, But Not Exclusively, Public Roads, Sidewalks, Different Utilities, Drains And Various Substructure Work (Track Structure, Electrical And Telecommunications), Building Connection Solutions, Road Signaling And Traffic Control Systems, Street Furniture, Continuous, Renovation, Construction And Related Work. The Magnitude Of The Work Is Expected To Be Ordered: - Renovation / Construction Of The Road Surface: 200.000M² - Renovation / Construction Of A Bicycle Path: 45,000 M² - Renovation / Construction Of Sidewalks: 100.000 M² - Renovation / Construction Of Artwork: 5 - 5 - Drinking And Wastewater Channel Renovation / Construction: 1000 Fm - Renovation / Construction Of Bus Bay: 3 Pcs - Renovation / Construction Of Rainwater Drainage Systems: 1500 Fm - Traffic Signs - Horizontal Signs (Pavement Signs): 500 M2 - Vertical Signs (Placement Of Signs): 100 Pcs - Improvement The Above List Is Merely A Closer Definition Of The Subject Matter Of Public Procurement, But Cannot Be Considered As Complete. Possible Jobs, Work Items, And Related Expectations Are Detailed In Accordance With Priced Sample Costs And 322/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree 19 (3). Full And Item Quantities Are Determined In Direct Orders Issued Under The Contract. As A Result Of The Public Procurement Procedure Carried Out, The Contracting Authority Concludes A Framework Agreement With The Successful Tenderer On The Basis Of Which The Contracting Authority Shall Be The Kbt. Section 105 (1) (A) Is Entitled To Order Specific Purchases In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. Pursuant To The Framework Agreement, A Contract Can Only Be Concluded During The Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Technical Content, Value, Pace Of Direct Orders For Specific Work And The Magnitude Of Direct Orders To Be Completed At The Same Time Depend On The Purchase Request And Cannot Be Determined In Advance; That Is, When The Framework Agreement Is Initiated, No Further Information On Construction Investments To Be Implemented During The Framework Agreement Is Not Yet Available. The Technical Content, Value And Scheduling Of Specific Work Shall Be Governed By Each Direct Order, With The Contracting Authority Entitled To Issue Several Direct Orders For The Same Period But For Different Work. The Estimated Value Of The Call Contains The Amount Of The Total Period. The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Draw A Budget. Contracting Authority Requires The Priced Budget Issued
