GST. 3 Consolidation of 22.4 to 53 mm gauge SSB in filling pot holes and patches Watering,applying Stone dust, ramming with hand rammer i/c all cost of labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. GST. 4 Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means , including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finised to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. I/c 1% Labour Cess, cost of Tack Coat & Bitumen but excl. GST. 5 Providing and laying ofseal coat by manual means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 510.I/c 1% Labour Cess & Bitumen but excl. GST. 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORT&H reff.- 406. 7 Providing and applying Tack coat-1 with bitumren VG-10 Grade using bitumen pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. I/c 1% Labour Cess & Bitumen but excl. GST. 8 Providing and layingbituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder@5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finesher with senser control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disiered compaction as per MoRT&H specifications clause 509 complete in all respects .As per Direction of E/I.I/c 1% Labour Cess & Bitumen but excl. GST.
