The Acquisition Focuses On The Repair Of Rock And Concrete Structures In The Parking Hall In Pasila, Pasila, Pasila, As Well As Repair Of The Upper Floor And Fresh Air Grilles Of The Elevator Building. The Contract Includes Re -Conducting Leakage Water At The Lower End Of The Gap. The Contract Includes Geo-Construction Work, Construction Engineering And Hvac Work. In Addition, The Contract Includes The Necessary Electrical Work As Described In The Plans. The Repair Site Is Located In The Pasila District Of The City Of Helsinki. The Work Areas Are Targeted At The Mole Owned By Yle. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In The Annexes. The Tenderer Must Send A Document Request To Bids.Yle@Yle.Fi, After Which An Invitation Is Sent To The Signatory Of The Tenderer To Sign A Confidentiality Agreement On The Electronic System. Once The Confidentiality Agreement Has Been Signed, Yle Sends The Tender Documents To The Requester. The Document Request Must Be Submitted To The Above Email Address At Least Five (5) Days Prior To The End Of The Tender Period. The Contract Is A Total Contract Where The Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer. The Subscriber Selects One (1) Contractor With Whom It Concludes The Contract. The Introductory Event Must Register By Email To Juuso.Hamalainen@Rapp.Fi. If The Tenderer Has Not Attended The Guided Tour Before Submitting The Tender, The Offer Will Be Excluded From The Tender. The Subscriber Commissions Small -Scale Building Automation As A Separate Contract From A Third Party. In Accordance With The Preliminary Schedule, The Consultation Negotiation Will Be Held On March 6, 2025 At 12 Noon. The Contract Period Is Estimated At 7.4 To 31.8.2025.
