Request For Proposals For Branding And Design Agency - Uplifting Himayas Brand Identity Closing Date: Tuesday, 18. Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(S): Children & Youth Background Himaya Is A Child Protection Non-Governmental Organization Founded In 2008 With The Vision Of Making Child Protection A Right, For All Children, Across Lebanon. HimayaS Child Protection Services Are Delivered Through Two Main Programs Prevention & Response (Resilience And Judicial Protection) That Work In Close Collaboration To Ensure Safe Referral For Cases & Adequate And Timely Intervention. HimayaS Prevention Program Conducts Awareness Activities On Child Protection (Cp) And Life Skills (Self-Protection Skills, Self-Development) For Children And Caregivers In Camps, Schools, Ngos Etc. The Prevention Program Team Also Trains Organizations And Community Members On Cp And Life Skills In Order To For Them Raise Awareness About Cp In Their Community. The Objective Is To Help Children Be Safe And Sensitize Communities On Cp Topics. Himaya Response Programs Respond To All Incoming Notifying Of Child Abuse And Offer Protective Services For The Best Interest Of Children Through Judicial Pathway For Imminent Risk Cases Or Non-Judicial Pathway For Medium And High-Risk Cases. Post To Ensuring Protection Of Children From Abuse, The Resilience Program Offers Specialized Psychosocial Services To The Child And His Family. Job Summary We Are Seeking The Services Of A Professional Branding And Design Agency To Help Us Update And Enhance Our Visual Identity, Ensuring It Reflects Our Mission And Values While Maintaining Consistency Across All Platforms And Materials. Scope Of Work We Are Looking For An Agency That Can Provide The Following Services: Visual Identity Update: Redesign Or Refresh Our Logo To Modernize Our Brand While Retaining Its Core Identity. Develop A Cohesive Color Palette, Typography (Ar And En), And Graphic Design Elements. Brand Guidelines Development: Create A Comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document, Covering Logo Usage, Colors (Primary, Secondary, Color Mixing), Typography, And Visual Elements. Include Guidelines For Imagery And Photography Style To Ensure Consistency. Templates For Digital Use: Design Customizable Templates For Social Media (Posts And Stories Format). For Example, An Announcement Post, Testimonial, Etc. Develop Templates For: Reports Presentations (En And Ar) Online Newsletters Design And Production Of Offline Materials: Create Designs For Branded Offline Materials, Including: Folder Notebook Brochure (We Will Provide The En And Ar Content) Poster Template For Community Events Branded Stationery Roll-Up Banner (HimayaS Vision And Mission) Provide Print-Ready Files With Specifications For Production. Collaborative Process: Facilitate Brainstorming Sessions And Include Us In Key Stages Of The Design Process. Provide Regular Updates, Mockups, And Opportunities For Feedback To Ensure Alignment With Our Vision. Deliverables Updated Logo And Visual Identity Assets (In Various Formats). Brand Guidelines Document. Editable Digital And Print Templates. Print-Ready Files For Offline Materials. Timeframe: The Aim Is To Test The Uplifted Brand In Q1 (Feb-March) And To Fully Launch It By End Of March.
