The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electronic Equipment And Services For The Reading And Monitoring Of The Media In The Bartoszyce Commune Together With The Implementation Of E-Services As Part Of The Project Entitled Public E-Services For The Inhabitants Of The Bartoszyce Commune, Priority 01 Economy, Action 01.06 Public E-Services (Scheme A) Of The Regional Program Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Supplies And Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract To Ensure Uninterrupted Service, Including Timely Implementation Of The Task. 4. The Contracting Authority Expects Min. 60 -Month Warranty, Including For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Supplied Software And Supplied Supplies And Services Under The Subject Of The Contract. Responsibility From The Guarantee Should Include Defects Arising From Reasons Inherent In The Products Sold - Devices, Including Also Reducing Their Utility Parameters. The Guarantee May Not Contain Restrictions In The Form Of Exclusive Provision Of Warranty Services By A Specific Entity, As Well As Higher Than Standard Requirements Regarding The Obligation To Perform Periodic Maintenance Inspections.
