Registration Number 8807/6, Precinct 0003, City Of Łuków). 2. Scope: The Investment In Question Aims To Modernize The Building Of A Specialist Clinic For Improving The Technical And Functional Condition Of The Rooms. The Rooms Covered By The Study Remain Unchanged Requiring The Demolition Of Domaturing. The Scope Of Construction Works Covers The Room Of Specialist Clinics, Sanitary Facilities And Communication Routes (Including Staircase) In The Building Of A Specialist Clinic 0-3 Floor (1381.10M2). In The Field Of Renovation, The Rooms Are Excluded: On The First Floor - Rooms Marked No. 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 116 (Occupational Medicine Clinic, Sports Medicine Clinic) And On The Third Floor - The Room Marked No. 309 (Lounge). The Building Is Equipped With Water -Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Electric And Teletechnical, Gravitational Ventilation.
