1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Renovation Of Voivodship Road No. 577Od Km 32+480 (32+510) To Km 37+078 (37+150) Episode Wszytyi - Brzozów Stary - No. 016/252. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Swz) And In The Pre -City Of Works (Part Iv Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At His Own Expense Safe Traffic And Pedestrian Conditions In The Area Of ​​The Works Under The Contract Based On The Project Of Traffic Organization, For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. 3. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. In The Event Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval , Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For The Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00 Pln 4.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance Continuity, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Civil Liability) Covering A Total Of The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. 4.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Copy Of Another Current Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Delay In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 4.3 In The Absence Of A Copy Of The Current And Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
