The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Renovation Of Roads With A Ground And Crushed Surface By Building A Broken Aggregate With A Continuous Grainage Of 0 - 31.5 Mm Fraction And Thick Broken Aggregate With A Fraction Of 31.5 - 63 Mm Calculated In M2 Of Renovated Surfaces On Municipal And Internal Roads On The Area Sandomierz Municipalities. Delivery Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz (Technical Documentation) And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz. The Statements Of The Main Construction Works Are Given In The Bill Of Quantities. Above The Statements (Individual Plants) Are Only An Auxiliary In The Valuation Of The Value Of Works By The Contractor. The Answers Given At The Stage Of The Proceedings Are An Integral Part Of Swz. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be:- All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works. Warranty For The Entire Order 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
