The Order Includes Delivery After Request (Award Letter) From The Contracting Authority Of Hospital Beds And Mattresses, Hospital Cabinets And Surgical Tables For Instruments, Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contract, Including: Installation, Commissioning, Staff Training And Provision Of Service, According To The Warranty Period, Which May Not Be Less Than 36 Months For Hospital Beds, 24 Months For Hospital Cabinets And 12 Months For Mattresses And Instruments For Instruments As Of The Date Of The Protocol, Which Is Found To Have Been Installed And Introduced Into Operation With The Contracting Authority. Participants Should Offer Factory New Hospital Beds, Mattresses, Cabinets And Tools For Tools, Unknown And Unused For Demonstration Purposes. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Lots, Detailed In Annex 1 To This Documentation. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit One Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, For One, Several Or For All Lots Of The Order. The Participant Must Submit An Offer For All Nomenclatures From The Respective Lot. The Non -Nomenclature Of A Nomenclature Is A Reason To Remove It From Participating In The Procedure For This Lot. It Is Not Envisaged To Provide Variants In The Tenders Of The Participants. On The Grounds Of Art. 48, Para. 2 And Art. 49, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Wherever The Documentation Shall Indicate A Standard, Specification, Technical Evaluation Or Technical Approval, A Specific Model, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Offered By A Specific Potential Contractor, Trademark, Patent, Type Or Specific Origin Or Proceedings Should Be Understood Or Equivalent (S). The Equivalent Is Evidenced In Accordance With Article 50 And 52 Of The Public Procurement Act.
