Buildings Of Particular Historical Or Architectural Interest - Acquisition For The Award Of The Works Contract With The Object Of Providing Design, Technical Assistance And Execution Works, For Achieving The Investment Objective Restoration, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The Historical Monument Huniade Castle, Today The Museum Banatului ”, Lmi Code” Tm-Ii-M-A-06140 ”. The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Provision Of Design, Technical Assistance And Execution Of The Restoration, Consolidation And Enhancement Works Of The Historical Monument Is 110,254,965.22 Lei Exclusively 131,203,408.61 Lei With Vat Included, Structured As Follows: - Expenses With The Provision Of Design Services And Technical Assistance From The Designer = 277,450.00 Lei Excluding Vat; - Expenses Necessary For The Investment (Execution Of Works, Procurement And Installation Of Equipment And Equipment And Works Of Construction And Installations Related To The Site Organization) = 109.977.515.22 Lei Excluding Vat; The Various And Unforeseen Expenses Are In The Amount Of Maximum 20%, Calculated According To The Law (Gd 907/2016) And Can Be Accessed/Used At Any Time During The Contract Implementation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Model Approved By Gd No.1/2018, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Under The Conditions Provided In Art.221 Of Law 98/2016. To The Extent That The Changes Are Not Substantial, From The Value Of The Various And Unforeseen Expenses, Works That Can Intervene During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Settled, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Model Approved By Gd No.1/2018, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, (According To Gd 907/2016), Based On The Unitary Prices Offered, By Applying The Provisions Of Art.221 Paragraph (1), Letter A) And Respectively Letter) And F) Of Law 98/2016, If Applicable. The Contracting Authority, During The Course Of The Works Contract, If The Situation On The Land Imposes It, Can Resort To The Application Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Letter.E) And F) Of Law 98/2016 ”The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Apply The Provisions Of Art. 104 Para. (8) Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. In This Regard, The Contracting Authority Can Opt For The Subsequent Purchase Of New Services And/ Or Works From The Bidder Whose Offer Will Be Declared Winner. The Expenses Related To These Services And/Or Works Are Provided In The General Motto Of The Investment Objective In Chapter 7 And Are Worth A Maximum Of 28,329,091.08 Lei Excluding Vat. And In This Amount Are Also Included The Expenses For The Establishment Of The Implementation Reserve For The Price Adjustment, Taking Into Account The Normative Framework In Force Regarding The Adjustment Of The Prices Of The Works Contracts And The Value Of The General Quotations, Represented By The Government Emergency Ordinance No. 47/2022, Government Emergency Ordinance No. 64/2022, The Provisions Of Art. 222 Of Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, As Well As By The Government Decision No. 1/2018, With Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Maximum Estimated Value For The Provision Of Services And The Completion Of The Works Related To The Investment Objective (Exclusively Equipment) Is 138.5
