Construction Work - Thermomodernization Of Public Buildings In The Epc Model In Łódź. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out A Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Four Public Buildings In Łódź On The Basis Of A Public-Private Partnership Agreement To Improve Energy Efficiency In Accordance With The Assumptions Resulting From The Act On Energy Efficiency And Guidelines For It. 2. The Employer Assumes The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project By The Selected Contractor, Whose Task Will Be: - Ensuring And Incurred In Full Financial Outlays For The Needs Of The Project, - Making The Necessary Project Documentation In Order To Obtain Decisions And Permits Of The Competent Authorities To Carry Out The Necessary Works And Carry Out Renovation/Reconstruction Facilities To The Extent Specified By The Employer (Functional And Utility Programs And Energy Audits), For Remuneration In The Form Of A Fee For Availability, - Maintaining Modernized Infrastructure During The Period Of The Contract And Management Of The Energy Management Of Facilities By Implementing An Integrated Control System To Obtain The Savings Guaranteed In The Offer Consumption Of Electricity And Heat, - Incurring Most Risks Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Making The Amount Of Remuneration Dependent On The Guarantee Of The Availability Of The Subject Of The Partnership And The Energy Effect. 3. The Employer Will Be Obliged To Provide The Facilities For The Needs Of The Project And To Pay The Contractor Due To Him, The Final Amount Of Which Will Depend On The Savings Obtained In Energy Consumption And The Method Of Providing The Maintenance Services Of The Facilities. 4. A Detailed Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Initial Schedule Of Procedure Were Included In Annex 1 To The Announcement Opw And Annex 7 To The Announcement-Program/Functional And Utility Programs. 5. The Assumed Duration Of The Contract For The Order (Hereinafter: Epc Agreement) Is Between 12 To 17 Years (Including A Maximum Of 2 -Year Investment Stage - But Not Longer Than On 31/12/2026 And From 10 To 15 Years The Maintenance Stage And Management). The Final Duration Of The Ppp Agreement Will Be Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Based On The Arrangements Made In The Course Of Competitive Dialogue. 6. The Employer Reserves That The Detailed Scope Of Work In Individual Facilities, Technical Solutions, The Final Catalog Of Facilities Covered By The Scope Of The Project, The Duration Of The Contract And The Division Of Tasks And Risks Will Be Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Based On The Arrangements Made In The Course Of Competitive Dialogue And On The Basis Of Analysis And The Customers Choice Of Solutions Proposed By Contractors.
