Removal Of The Threat To Life, Health Or Property Of Residents Or Third Parties Caused By Poor Technical Condition Of The Abovementioned Installation. The Concise Location, Type And Scope Of Work, Resulting From Current Needs Related To The Maintenance Of Real Estate In Technical Efficiency, And Which The Employer Cannot Currently Predict, Will Be Determined Successively Upon Their Occurrence, Orders By The Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Template Agreements.
