1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Passenger Car For A Water Volunteer Emergency Service In Barlinek, Which Will Be Used By Wopr To Implement Water Rescue Activities. 2. The Car Must Be Built And Equipped In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law U. Of 2024, Item 1251 In D. Similar To Those From The Photo Attachment. 4. The Delivered Car Must Be Made By The Contractor And At Its Cost Zero Inspections, Which Must Be Confirmed In The Car Warranty Book. 5. In Order To Confirm The Vehicle Offered By The Special Technical Specification, The Employer Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Present The Necessary Additional Documents. The Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirement Must Be Presented By The Contractor At The Latest On The Day Of Delivery. 6. The Car Must Be Adapted To: 1) Driving On Hard And Ground Roads, In A Hard -To -Reach Area At Lake Barlineckie, 2) Washing In Automatic Brush Washes, Which Cannot Result In Loss Or Limitation West Pomeranian Voivodeship Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Together With A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Quality Requirements Relating To The Contract Constitutes Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
