Public Procurement With The Subject “Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of The Site Modernization Of A Composting Installation For Separately Collected Household Biodegradable Waste Located On The Territory Of The Regional Depot For Non -Hazardous Waste (Pdn) - Vidin, Vidin For The Needs Of The Municipalities Of Vidin And Kula ”, Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Activity 1 - Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, According To Art. 142 And 169 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Conformity Assessment And Technical Control Of The Structural Part In Accordance With Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa. The Contractor Should Assist The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase And Issuance Of A Building Permit; 2. Activity 2- Exercise Construction Supervision In The Implementation Of Construction Works (Construction Works) Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By-Laws For Its Implementation, Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As The Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Commissioning Of The Construction, Including The Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Conformity Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works With The Contract For The Construction Of The Site, As Well As And The Other Activities - The Subject Of The Construction Contract, Including The Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works And The Execution Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; Management Of The Processes Of Commissioning Until The Issuance Of A Certificate For Commissioning And Bearing Liability Under Article 168 (7) Of The Spatial Planning Act Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods For The Respective Types Of Construction Works. 3. Activity 3 - Updating Of A Technical Passport, In Accordance With Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works For The Site; 4. Activity 4 - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Article 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
