Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services-Cleaning And Maintenance Of External Areas And Green Municipalities Of The City Of Koszalin, Administered By The Board Of Residential Buildings In Koszalin. 1. Subject Of The Contract: Performing Current Works And Activities Involving Cleaning And Maintaining A Sanitary And Order State In External And Green Areas Of The Miasto Koszalin Commune, Administered By The Board Of Residential Buildings In Koszalin. 2. Scope Of Services: 1) Cleaning And Maintenance Of Sanitary And Order State In External And Green Areas, With A Total Area Of ​​389 578.25 M2; Including Care And Rejuvenation Of Hedges And Shrubs, Removal Of Trees And Self -Samoys; 2) Mowing The Grass Along With Rudding, Loading And Export Of Swath On Real Estate With An Area Of ​​190 811.32 M2. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In § 3 Of The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 10 To Swz. 4. Justification Of The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. For Technological And Executive Reasons And Rational Spending Of Public Funds, It Is Not Possible To Divide It Into Parts. This Would Threaten With Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Costs Of Performing The Contract, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or/Or Increase The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of Exclusion Or/Or Incorporate The Areas Administered By The Zbm, Sales Or/Or Transfer The Land By The City Of Koszalin For Economic Reasons And Other Circumstances Resulting From The Needs Of The Employer, In Connection With All The Way To Reduce Or Increase The Total Remuneration Indicated In § 7 Para. 3, To Which The Contractor Agrees. The Employer Guarantees That The Contractor Will Order, During The Contract, The Scope Of Work For Which The Gross Remuneration Value Will Not Be Less Than 70% Of The Contractual Value Resulting From The Contractors Offer.
