The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Assembly Activities For The Restoration Of Road And Pavement Flooring After The Reconstructed Accidents And Reconstructions Carried Out On Highway And Distribution Heat Pipelines And Facilities Operated By The Company On The Territory Of Burgas. The Execution Of The Object Of The Contract Is With Materials Of The Contractor. The Heat Transmission Net Has Diameters From Duo 50 To Du 700 Mm, Laid Air, Sewer And Imperative. The Depth Of Laying Is From 0.6 To 4.00 Meters. The Delivery Of All Materials Necessary For The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Is The Obligation Of The Contractor. Materials And Equipment Must Be Embedded In The Construction Works That Meet The Requirements In Bulgarian And/Or European Standards. In Excavation Work, Care Must Be Taken Not Only For The Available Facilities But Also For Their Foundation. If Necessary, It Should Only Be Excavated In Stages, In Accordance With The Stability Of The Facility. Depending On The Needs, It Is Appropriately Passed Under The Foundations Without Their Destruction. The Possible Damage To The Facilities Is Reported At The Expense Of The Contractor. If Possible, The Seized Material Should Be Accumulated On One Side Of The Excavation. The Edge Of The Excavations For Heat Pipelines Must Remain Free (Unloaded) In Accordance With Technical Safety Prescriptions.
