Recycled Vehicle Program (Rvp) . Insurance Corporation Of British Columbia (Icbc) Uses The Recycled Vehicle Program (Rvp) To Sell “Dismantled” And/Or “Scrap” Vehicles To Various Vendors. The Current Program Term For The Recycled Vehicle Program Expires On March 31St, 2025, Thus Icbc Is Seeking Multiple Quotes From Qualified Suppliers To Become The Sole Purchaser Of “Dismantle” And “Scrap” Vehicles In Their Defined Locations From Icbc For The Duration Of The Contract. The Scrap Metal Will Be Sold To The Overall Highest Quote From One Qualified Supplier Per Location. Qualified Suppliers Must Meet All Requirements Listed Out In The Mandatory Requirements.
