The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Twin Student House Piastów Śląskie In Wrocław At Ul. Wojciech From Brydzewa 12 . The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes The Development Of Project Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Based On It Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Student House Of The Twin Medical University Piastów Śląskie In Wrocław Together With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Contained In The Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Technical Documentation (Annex 8 To Swz) Containing A Functional And Utility Program With Attachments. During The Analysis Of Tender Documents, The Contractor Should Read All The Documents Attached. The Attached Documentation Is Extensive, Comes From Several Design Offices And The Most Current, The Last Search Of A Given Design Topic Should Be Considered. The Contracting Authority Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Technical Documentation By Indicating A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Technical Or Quality Norms, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Technical, Functional And Qualitative Parameters Not Worse Than Described In The Abovementioned Elements Of Documentation, And Such A Reference Is Implied With Or Equivalent Words. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Assumptions Set Out In This Swz. Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution Or Equivalent Solutions Rests With The Contractor. The Employer Using References To Polish Standards Transferring European Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications, International Norms Or Other References Referred To In Art. 42 Para. 3 Lit. B Of The Ep And Council 2014/24/Eu Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement, Repealing The 2004/18/Ec Directive, It Means These Standards Or Equivalent, And Such As Reference Is Implied With Or Equivalent Words. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Development Of Comprehensive Project Documentation And Based On It, Obtaining All The Agreements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Permits And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Design And Perform The Subject Of The Contract And As-Built Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction Provisions In As Part Of The Flat -Rate Remuneration Offered; B) Execution Of Construction And Assembly And Installation Works, Including A Full Process Of Construction Works Along With The Purchase, Delivery To The Construction Site, Building Materials And Removal From The Construction Site And Utilization Of Waste, Supply
