Extensions Of The Acquisition: - Communication Services (Telephone Connections & Gear) - Microsoft Licenses (However, The Distribution And Management Of Licensing Through The Elected Supplier) The Customers Goal Is To Get A Long -Term Partner For Basic Information Technology Services. Due To The Complexity Of The Acquisition And The Cost Of Commissioning, The Estimated Life Cycle Of The Contract Is 6-10 Years. The Total Value Of The Contract Is Calculated Using This Life Cycle. The Permanent Contract Period For The Acquisition Is 24 Months, After Which It Is Possible To Continue The Contract For An Indefinite Period.
