Multiple Repair Clamps Are On The Existing Line.Construction Methods Such As Directional Boring Or Pipe Bursting Are To Be Detailed In The Proponents Bid. Riskier Construction Methods Must Include A Plan Should The Work Not Be Completed As Proposed, Along With Associated Costs.The Intent Of This Rfp Is To Retain The Service Of A Qualified General Contractor To Complete The Project.
