In The Foreground Of The Procurement Is The Project Management For Planning, Preparation And Monitoring The Implementation Of The Change In Natural History Objects, Library Stocks And Scientific Equipment Of The Center For Taxonomy And Morphology (Ztm, Ichthyology Section) From The Museum Koenig Adenauerallee To Poppelsdorf Campus. With Regard To Project Management, Schedules For The Preparation Of The Move Of Scientific Collections, Library And Equipment To Create A New Building And To Manage Them Or To Coordinate Tasks. The Coordination Of Those Involved (Centers And Sections, Building Management, Moving Companies), The Organization And Convening Of Regular Discussions And The Update Of Schedules And Tasks Are Also Necessary. The Contractor Is The Central Contact For The Tasks Mentioned Above. The Moving Services Themselves Were Already Advertised As Part Of An Open Procedure. The Documents For This Are Attached To The B01 Performance Description Of The Better Overview As A System. (Lot 2 Phase 7, Lot 5 Phase 8 And Other Parts (See 3.2)). The Other Moving Services Are Monitored And Coordinated From Elsewhere. The Coordination Refers Exclusively To The Objects Described Here (Section 3). In Addition, The Necessary Documents Must Be Conducted (E.G. Dangerous Goods, Ethanol, Animal Welfare). Compliance With The Necessary Requirements For The Individual Parades (Vibrations, Temperature, Sorting, Etc.) For The Protection Of Valuable Objects (Scientific Collections, Technical Devices, Valuable Books, Objects Of Historical Value) Must Be Observed And Ensured.
