The Contracting Authority Will Assign, At Its Discretion, And, If Necessary, The Execution Of Individual Construction Works, Through A Deliberate Letter, Which Describes The Quantities And Types Of Works To Be Fulfilled. The Execution Of Construction Works In The Event Of An Emergency Should Begin Immediately, And In Other Cases Up To Seven Days After Receiving A Letter Of Assignment.
