PENALTY CLAUSE • Specific penalty for non-performance by vendor. • Penalty will be imposed in case of non-compliance / violation of HSE Norms and supervisor and associates incompetency. • Penalty will be imposed on contractor in case of damages /production loss due to poor workmanship and production loss due to insufficient manpower. • Unauthorize mobile phone / sleeping case / theft case / vehicle speed greater than Speed limit. will be penalize as per AM/NS INDIA norms. • Deduction from bill shall be made for non-compliance and non-performance by contractor and associates • The penalty amount will be decided by contract cell.
