Tender For Provision Of Generator Shed At Ponnani Lighthouse; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge , 2 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, tools & plants, labours,laying, compacting, curing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth inCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge . 4 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge . 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations & up to plinth level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge . 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed. 7 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed. 8 Plastering with cement mortar 1:4(One cement, four M sand) , 12mm thick to the exposed face of the concrete after cleaning and preparing the surface, including mixing the mortar, trowelling smooth the plastered surface in line and level etc including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed. 9 Laying I.P.S Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (I cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) 40mm thick laid in one layer, compacting and finished with a floating coat of neat cement , finishing, curing including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed . 10 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections with G.I tube section of80x80x3.2mm ,96x48x3.2mm,50x25x2mm,25x25x2mm, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and framed work with G.i base plates0f 200x200x8mm&G.I nutbolts, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position.including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,Scaffolding etc complete as directed. 11 Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations Mill finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. Theprofile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or requiredpitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainlesssteel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately). 0.91 mm, troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width1092 mm, cover width 1000mm ncluding supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc complete as directed 12 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete ncluding supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc complete as directed . 13 Providing and fixingPowder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)for doors, windows, ventilators ,ACP wall and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc completeasdirections of Engineer-in-charge , .
