The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service For The Preparation And Delivery Of All -Day Food For Patients Of The Pulmonology And Toracic Surgery In Bystra, Taking Into Account Dietary Recommendations In An Estimated Amount During The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months. Reasons Not Divided Into Parts: The Subject Of The Contract Is Indivisible Due To The Nature Of The Order. The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Prevent The Order From Being Properly Processed, This Would Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties, A Serious Threat To The Proper Performance Of The Contract, Resulting From The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Various Parts Of The Contract Because The Service In Question Includes The Preparation Of Meals And With Their Delivery. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Did Not Decide To Divide The Contract Into Parts And Intends To Entrust The Performance Of The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Contract To One Contractor Selected In The Said Procedure. The Contracting Authority Defines The Following Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Regarding The Employment By The Contractor (I/Or Subcontractor) On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party: The Contracting Authority Requires That The Following Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract Be Carried Out By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended): Works / Activities Related To The Meal Preparation Service.
