The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 3. The Basic Order Includes: 1) Implementation Of Project And Technical Documentation Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works. 2) Execution Of Project And Technical Documentation To The Scope That Is Not The Subject Of The Implementation Of Construction Works. 3) Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Design And Technical Documentation Approved By The Employer Covering The Building, External Installations And Land Development. 4) Warranty Service. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz. 4. Sokołowskiego 11, Within The Boundaries Of Plot No. 2/15 From Precinct 4015 In The Formula Design And Build, Including Activities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz, I.E.: 1) Project Services That May Arise During The Implementation Of The Task In Connection With The Appearance Of New Unforeseen Circumstances; 2) Structural Works In Traditional Or Modular Technology; 3) Masonry Robots; 4) Sanitary Installation Works; 5) Installation Works Of Medical Gases; 6) Electrical Installation Works; 7) Low -Current Installation Works; 8) Installation Works And Fire Protection Devices; 9) Finishing Works; 10) Medical Technology And Equipment Elements; 11) Installation Works Of Pneumatic Mail; 12) Road Works And Land Development. 6.
