Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - General Renovation Sporthalle Ostertag Realschule. The Sports Hall Of The Ostertag Realschule (Ostertagstraße 22/1, 71229 Leonberg) Was Built Together With The Georg Holdenwang School In 1984 As A Special School Leonberg. In 2011, The City Of Leonberg Became The Elementary Owner Of The Sports Hall And Took Over The Maintenance Of The Hall From The District Of Böblingen. The Sports Hall Of The Ostertag Realschule Is Used Exclusively For Physical Education And Club Sports And Is A 3-Field Sports Hall With Equipment Rooms, A Government Room And Other Adjoining Rooms (Wet Room Cells, Teacher Area And Cleaning Room). In The Middle Of The “Adjoining Room” Riegel Is The Ventilation Center With An Msr Technique. The Current State Of The Hall Has Age -Specific Defects That Endanger The Proper Use Of The Hall. Therefore, There Is An Urgent Need For Action. A Fundamental Renovation Of The Hall Including Improvement Of The Input Situation Is To Be Carried Out.
