Construction Work - Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Tczew Bridge - Stage Ii. 4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works On The Bridge, Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Tczew Bridge - Stage Ii, Consisting In Completing Stage Iia, Excluding The Reconstruction Of Travel And Land Development At The Bridge From Tczew. As Part Of Earlier Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Tczew Bridge, The Stage I And Partly Stage Ia Was Implemented. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Is Determined By: • Annex 11 To Swz - Specification Of Works • Annex 12 To Swz - List Of Project Documentation • Annex 13 To Swz - Summary Of Requirements At The Task And Applicable Documents 4.2 The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Entire Bridge Facility Tczewski Is Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments-By The Decision Of The Pomeranian Monument Conservator In Gdańsk No. A-1705 Of 7.10.2016. The Initial Entry Included Three Central Spans With Pillars-Entry No. A-1210. In Connection With The Above, All Changes In Relation To The Approved Construction Project And Issued Conservation Decisions Require Approval At The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. 4.3 Address Of The Object Where Construction Works Will Be Carried Out (Applies To The Entire Investment Task) Entitled Reconstruction Of The Tczewski Bridge: A Road Bridge On The Vistula River, Connecting The Towns Of Tczew And Lisewo, Which Is An Extension Of Jana Z Kolna Street (From Tczew). Plots With Registration Numbers: 165, 166 (Currently 266/3), 187/2, 188/2, 195/2, 201, 229/1, Precinct 7, Tczew. 4.4 The Estb Span Is To Be Moved And Temporarily Stored On Plots Around The Bridge (Journal Of Laws No. 186/2, Precinct 7; Dz.Wid. No. 181/26, Precinct 7, Tczew). For The Abovementioned Plots, The Employer Obtained The Consent Of The Property Owner And The Lease And Lending Agreement For The Temporary Storage Of The Tczew Bridge Estb Span Constituting A Stationary Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments. Note: Plots At No. 165, 166 (Currently 266/3), 187/2, 188/2, 195/2, 201 Are At The Disposal Of The Contracting Authority, While The Plot At 229/1 Is At The Disposal Of The Pomeranian Voivode, Therefore Two Building Permits Were Obtained - The Poviat Staroste And The Pomeranian Voivode. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Completing The Ia Stage Includes Plots With Registration Numbers 165, 187/2, 188/2 And 229/1. 4.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Dispose Of The Property On Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out. 4.6 Conditions For Conducting Works: 4.6.1 Requirements For The Rules Of Conducting Works And Construction Implementation Are Given In The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Other Documents Indicated In Point 4.1 Of Swz. 4.6.2 The Contractor, During The Performance Of Construction Works, Will Have To Have Or Have A Place With Permission To Utilize Demolition Materials. 4.6.3 The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule
