The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Consisting In: A) Admission To The Shelter Currently Maintaining The Commune Of Dobiegniew Homeless Animals; B) Admission To The Shelter Caught Up On A Regular Basis From The Commune Of Dobiegniew Homeless Animals; C) Providing Food, Care (Including Veterinary) Over Homeless People Animals From The Commune Of Dobiegniew Staying In The Shelter; D) Conducting Adoption Activities In Relation To Animals From The Commune Of Dobiegniew. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. Admission To The Shelter Of Homeless Animals Currently Maintaining The Commune As A Result Of Catching In Previous Years. Currently, Dogs And Cats Are In A Hostel In Młodolino, Commune Dobiegniew In The Number Of 27 Pieces (As At 31.12.2024). The Number Of Animals Covered By This Tender May Change, In Particular In Connection With New Failures And Adoptions. 2. Admission To The Shelter And, If Necessary, Marking The Chip Of All Caught Animals, Unless It Is Not Possible For Health Reasons For Health Reasons. 4. Admission To The Shelter Additionally Includes An Inspection Of Animal Health, And Performing, If Necessary, Treatments Related To Admission To The Shelter, In Particular Deworming, Setting Up A Health Book, Vaccinating And Surrendering Quarantine; 3. Keeping Records Of Homeless Animals In A Way That Allows Them To Be Identified, In Particular, In Describing A Given Animal (Race, Gender, Ointment, Size And Chip Number) Along With The Date Of Its Acceptance And Preparation Of The Animal Photographic Documentation. 4. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Sending In A Paper Version Or Electronically Photographs Depicting A Whole Animal, Along With A Description Of An Animal Containing In Particular Breed, Gender, Ointment And Size And Number Of Chip. 5. Conducting Adoption Activities Of Animals From The Commune Of Dobiegniew By Searching For Those Willing To Accept Animals And Put Them For Adoption By Concluding An Adoption Contract On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 6. Informing The Ordering Party About The Transfer Of The Animal For Adoption As Well As His Death, Escape Or Euthanasia. In The Above Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Send To Each Invoice At The Latest: A) The Original Adoption Contract And/Or B) Photocopies/Scans Signed By A Veterinarian Documents Confirming Euthanasia; C) Photocopies/Scans Of Documents Of Statements Confirming The Fall Or Escape Of The Animal. 7 On Detailed Veterinary Requirements For Conducting Animal Shelters (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 175, As Amended). 8 From Animals That Do Not Condemn Such A Feature; 9. Veterinary Care, Consisting In Particular In: A) Quarantine, B) Deducting And Deworing, C) Vaccination, D) Preventive Examinations, E) Treating Animals From The Moment They Are Accepted To The Shelter And In The Event Of Their Illness, As Well As In Justified Cases Animals Of Euthanasia.
